ZL high efficient vacuum oil
purifier ZL series high efficiency vacuum oil purifier is a special product approved and acknowledged by China Electric Power Ministry. It is developed and produced by Wanmei company based on the latest vacuum drying principle and advanced filtration technique. It is a special equipment to purify de-electrical or insulating oil of electric transformers and circuit breakers in many electrical generation plants, transformer stations, factories, mines and other enterprises. Besides, it is an ideal equipment for drying electric equipment, and oil filling to electric equipment under vacuum condition.

Application scope: It can be applied to purification process of transformer oil, circuit breaker oil, switch oil and capacitor oil as well as low-viscosity lubricating oil. It can efficiently remove water, air, gases, and other impurities from oil and enhance its breakdown voltage. It can be used on-line and onsite without interference of power supply or replacement of fresh new oil.

Safe electric heating system ensures even heating and constant oil temperature.
Precise fine multi-stage filtration system: The element is of high quality material, with big capacity of containing pollutants, good mechanic strength.
Advanced pressure protection device and infrared oil level control system, simple and safe in operation.
The equipment adopts chain control system in draining water and gas. No oil leaking from the outlet of vacuum pump, which will extend the life of vacuum pump.
6. This machine can be used together with BZ transformer oil regenerating equipment to get rid of acid, dyes, free carbon, etc.

Description:
The oil flows first through magnetic filter, heater, electromagnetic valve into the vacuum flash distillation column for dehydration and degassing treatment, and efficiently remove free and dissolved water, dirt, air, gases and other contaminants from oil. The oil level is auto-controlled by float valve in the columns. Then clean oil is led out by oil pump through 2 nd filter and fine filter to the outlet. Air and gases are led out by vacuum pump and roots pump to the atmosphere. |
